Charles Robert "Rob" Mills

Charles Robert "Rob" Mills, beloved husband, father, brother, and 
cousin, passed away at age 54 on May 21, 2026. A lifelong 
musician, Rob is survived by his wife of 16 years Jeanette 
Krolikowski Mills, daughter Sophie Mills and sisters Elizabeth 
Bornstein and Annette Gens.

A long time resident of Marin county, Rob was considered family 
by many friends, bandmates, and co-workers. He held decades long 
friendships with many people he met along the way.

He had been a member of multiple local bands in the past including 
Get Down Moses, Laid Bare, Big Skinny, Catholic Radio, and most 
recently the Hamiltones. 

Rob worked for 22 years in healthcare as a manager and technical 
writer. For the last 20 years, he had worked for McKesson and its 
affiliates, specifically National Oncology Alliance and Ontada. 

A memorial service will be held at Monte’s Chapel of the Hills in San 
Anselmo from 2 pm to 6 pm on Sunday, May 31st. There will be a 
funeral mass at St. Isabella’s Church in San Rafael Monday June 1st 
at 11 am.
