Dorothy Rose Arnold

It is with great sorrow the family of Dorothy Rose Arnold, a residence of Fairfax, CA passed away on November 4th, 2023 at the age of 84 after a long and brave battle with cancer. An avid gardener and certified Rosarian she was born in Ross, CA where she met her late husband Robert “Lee” Arnold while on Navy shore leave before they settled in Fairfax for the last 6 decades. Dorothy is survived by her son David, daughter Jennifer, daughter in law Mary Alice Arnold, granddaughter Katie, sister Elsie Gaura, numerous extended family members in Italy and Missouri inlaws and was proceeded in death by her son Marshall. She touched, inspired and a shared a motherly doting and selfless love to nearly all who crossed her path and will be surely missed by all who had the good fortune to share in that unconditional love and affection. Friends and family are invited to attend a Chapel Blessing at 1pm Monday, November 13th at Monte’s Chapel Of The Hills 330 Red Hill Ave, San Anselmo. Gifts of remembrance in her name can be donated to By The Bay Health Hospice Care.
