Eulalie (Tyke) Glaser passed away peacefully on September 26, 2024.
Born August 6,1928 in Minnesota, she was the daughter of Edward Steblay and Mary Steblay, and sibling to two brothers and three sisters. She moved to San Francisco and started a career in advertising.
She met and married James Fuller Jr and in 1953 her son was born, James Fuller III (deceased).
In 1962, she married Kenneth Glaser (deceased), who expanded her horizons, as they traveled around the world, became members of the Olympic Club, and moved to Marin County. In 1991, Ken passed away and Tyke focused on charity work with the San Francisco Symphony League, Opera Guild, and the Olympic Club.
In 1997, she met Leland Kelson (deceased), which blossomed into a 19-year partnership, as they traveled to places like Maui, Europe, and Antarctica. Tyke loved playing golf, skiing, interior design, and travel.
Tyke is survived by her grandchildren, Alexandra K Fuller and Nicholas J Fuller, her 5 great grandchildren, her brother Edward Steblay and sister Julie Hunt. Her funeral mass will be held on Thursday October 10 at 10:00am at St. Mary’s Star of the Sea. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to Sausalito Women’s Club (sausalitowomansclub.org) or St. Mary’s Star of the Sea (www.starofthesea.us)
