Lawrence James Morgan, born March 7, 1938, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2024. He was born and raised in San Francisco. In 1960 at the age of 22, he married Henrietta Artigiani. They raised three children together in San Anselmo, Gregory Morgan, Lawrene Morgan, and Paul Morgan. He worked as a Lithographer, which he enjoyed up to the day he retired. After retirement, to fill some of his time, he worked part time at the Giants' Dugout Store in AT&T Park. On his time off, he enjoyed bringing us to the beach, loved his long walks, doing his yard work, but most of all he loved weekends umpiring and coaching for little league in San Anselmo with his brother-in-law, ‘Uncle Mike.’ Besides Henrietta and his three children, he leaves behind his siblings, Celeste James, Anthony Morgan and Stephanie Exline, his daughters-in-law Barbara Morgan and Julie Morgan and five grandchildren, Audrey, Shane, Nicolette, Jayden, and Jesse. He will be dearly missed, but it is nice knowing he will be with his parents, family, and friends that he has missed for many years. The family will hold a private service at a later date.
