Victoria Vance-Toet

Victoria Vance-Toet passed away Monday, Oct. 29, 2018. She was 61.

Vicki was a passionate, kind and caring educator. As a teacher at Laurel Creek Elementary School, she lived her passion every day and shared her love for knowledge with the children she taught for nearly 14 years. Living every day as though it would be her last, Vicki was an avid traveler and visited more than 20 countries and nearly every continent.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; two sons, Theodore and Philip; and her mother, Carol. Vicki would like any donations sent to the American Cancer Society. The memorial celebration is at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, at , 2900 Gulf Drive, Fairfield.
