Zachary Ethan Colety

Zachary Ethan Colety, 22, of Corte Madera, born December 30, 2002, died on January 4, 2025. Zach is the son of Lisa de la Fuente and Brian Colety, both of Corte Madera, the brother of Joshua and Noah Colety, and was a grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend to many. Zach loved his adoring family and he was deeply loved by his family and his community of friends who embraced Zach for his enormous heart and kindness.

Zach was a graduate of Redwood High School and was enrolled at College of Marin to pursue a career as a paramedic, following in his older brother Joshua’s footsteps. Zachary was an avid and talented rock climber, loved hiking, nature, food, and travel, and enjoyed playing soccer, volleyball, and pickleball. Zach loved life and lived every day to the fullest and his smile radiated his joy for living.

A Celebration of Life is being held for Zachary on Friday, January 17, from 4-7 p.m. at the Bill and Adele Jonas Center, College of Marin, at 1800 Ignacio Blvd., Building 19, in Novato.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Marin Humane society to honor the memory of Zachary.
